Chief Executive

Comfort Usukumah is an accomplished real estate professional with over five decades of experience spanning the London and New York property markets. As a qualified REALTOR® and a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing (MCIH, UK), she brings a rare combination of academic excellence and practical expertise to every client engagement.

She holds a BSc (Hons) in Political and Administrative Studies and a Postgraduate Diploma in Housing (PGDip), forming a strong foundation for her long-standing career in housing and real estate. Her professional journey began in London, where she held senior leadership roles, including serving as Chief Executive of a housing association, overseeing large-scale housing initiatives and securing European funding to support the development of homes for underserved communities.

Since relocating to New York in 2003, Comfort has worked with globally recognised firms such as RE/MAX and Keller Williams, before establishing her own brokerage with an international reach. She is also a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR®), a designation that reflects specialised training in representing buyers with professionalism, integrity, and a strong ethical framework.
